BiteRight is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that allows users to:

Receive AI-powered nutritional analysis

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BiteRight Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as food photos and meal logs). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

Subscription & Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store
Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable app store policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteRight Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any errors or omissions in any content
Any dietary decisions made based on information from the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
